We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact.
- The product must be purchased directly from the Shinenovas website.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Watches that have been worn or damaged.
- Items that are customized or personalized for the customer.
- Sale or clearance items.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please follow the same process as a return, and we will issue a refund for the original purchase once the return is processed. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
